TThe Joy of Movement – We are designed to stay healthy and vital through vigorous
eexploration and rituals of caring for our bodies in various ways over time.

  Your body is the piece of the Universe you’ve been given. We all need to remember what
pprivilege it is to have a body that can move, and we should be treating this gift with
rrespect, love and kindness.

  But no longer have any goal around your workouts that’s tied to the number on the scale,
  the number on your jeans /dress size, or the number in the fitness tracker. The goals that
  get you up and moving need to be LIFE ENHANCING goals, activities that energize and
  excite you

TTo revise your outlook on movement and exercise, start focusing on a picture bigger than
  what’s measured by numbers

RRemember, that while you don’t need a rock-hard body to rock your life, you do need to
  move in order to connect with your MAKER, inner light and your loved ones. And that’s
  where true happiness comes from. When you move, your body and your spirit will soar, and
yyou’ll forget all about being perfect and revel in the joy that will pour in.

2.   Curiosity opens the door to possibility. When we are fuelled by possibility instead of fear, we are more likely to be intrinsically driven and we are better prepared to stay buoyant during the uncertain times. We will also be more engaged at work, in our relationships, and in our life. Through the lens of curiosity, we are able to seek more of the good , making it easier to be a BENEFIT SEEKER as it encourages us to find more extraordinary moments in the seemingly most ordinary days.

L  LIFE GOALS

bBismillahirrahmanirrahim. Insya Allah. Dengan Izin Allah.

1 Menjadi Hamba Allah Yang Taat (Taqwa, Istiqamah) dan menjadi Khalifah Allah Yang 
   Memakmurkan Bumi


I 1. Istiqamah dan dekat dengan Al Quran dan mencari ilmu yang bermanfaat dan mengamalkan ilmu dengan beramal soleh dengan istiqamah dengan mujahaddah dan kesabaran yang tinggi.

  2. Menjadi isteri yang  solehah - muslimat , mukminat , qanitat, taibat dan shoimat 

“Mahukah aku beritahukan kepada kalian, isteri-isteri kalian yang menjadi penghuni surga iaitu isteri yang penuh kasih sayang, banyak anak, selalu kembali kepada suaminya. Di mana jika suaminya marah, dia mendatangi suaminya dan meletakkan tangannya pada tangan suaminya seraya berkata: ‘Aku tak dapat tidur sebelum engkau reda”(Hadis Riwayat An-Nasai)Disimpulkan, ciri-ciri isteri solehah dalam ayat di atas adalah:1. Wanita yang mempunyai kasih sayang dan sentiasa mencari keredaan suaminya.2. Melayani suaminya dengan cara yang paling terbaik (sedia berkhidmat kepada suami) dengan menyiapkan segala keperluannya.3. Menjaga rahsia dan amanah suami.4. Selalu berpenampilan menarik di hadapan suaminya sehingga akan menyenangkannya.5. Ketika bersama suaminya, wanita solehah itu tidak melakukan hal yang boleh menghalang suaminya untuk bermesra dengannya.6. Sentiasa bersyukur akan segala kebaikkan dan pemberian suami.
3. Menjadi Ibu penyayang yang solehah - Kasih sayang yang menyerlah melalui belaian,manjaan dan didikan agama, Sentiasa prihatin dan ambil berat, Menghalusi perasaan anak, Suka memberi nasihat, Sangat sabar dan berlapang dada, Lembut tapi tegas, Suka meraikan, Tidak Pilih Kasih - Ciri Ibu Hebat :- GIGIH & KUAT, SENTIASA BERDOA,PAMER KASIH SAYANG,YAKIN, CONTOH TELADAN, BERAKHLAK LUHUR, DISIPLIN & BERPRINSIP TEGUH, BANYAK BERSYUKUR, SABAR DAN REDHA.
4. Menjadi Anak yang soleh sepanjang hayat
5. To be a more focused, kind, calm and compassionate Leader at Work – implement part time work week. Creative, Brave and Ever Learning. POSITIVE
6.  Be an active, fit and happening person! - To complete a 10km running event within the cut off time ,Join A Nature Hike or Climb a hill/mountain - how? - briskwalk/exercise 6 days in a week and enjoy it.
7. To learn to become a nutritionist and deathly living advocate.
8. Belajar jadi seorang pendakwah dan pakar motivasi
9. Menulis Buku
